Jack R. Daugherty
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Jack R. Daugherty opened his first pawnshop—Ace Pawn—in 1971 to serve the
underbanked population (those who could not get financial help from traditional
financial lenders). As that store's success became reality, he founded Cash
America Investments, Inc. in 1984 and began raising capital to purchase three
additional pawnshops. The brand name Cash America wasn't formed until a few
years after Mr. Daugherty took the corporation public in 1987 and had over 100
pawnshops under his belt. Today, the name Cash America is the most well-known
brand and the largest pawnshop chain in the country with 500 shops operating
under the brands Cash America Pawn and SuperPawn. Mr. Daugherty served as Cash
America International's Chief Executive Officer from its inception until he
retired in 2000.

Daniel R. Feehan
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Daniel R. Feehan joined Cash America in June of 1988 as Executive Vice President
of Finance and Administration, where he assisted the President in establishing
financial strategic objectives, as well as operating policies and procedures to
ensure attainment of corporate objectives. Dan served as the company’s
President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1990 until February 2000.
Dan currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer, a role he took on
in February 2000, where he provides overall strategic and operational direction
for the corporation, as well as works closely with the board of directors to
develop policies and procedures regarding the overall direction of the
business. An active member of the community, Dan currently serves on the board
of directors of six organizations including RadioShack Corporation,
Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. and Cash America International, as well as the
non-profit organizations of Lena Pope Home and the Police and Firefighters
Memorial.
Dan is a 1972 graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a
bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Daniel E. Berce

Daniel E. Berce serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of
AmeriCredit Corp., a leading independent automobile finance company that
provides financing solutions indirectly through auto dealers in the United
States and Canada. Previously, he served as the company’s President from 2003
to 2005, and was Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 2003. Prior to joining
AmeriCredit, Mr. Berce worked with PriceWaterhouse Coopers for 14 years and was
a partner with the firm.
Along with Cash America International, Inc., Mr. Berce currently serves on the
board of directors for AmeriCredit Corp. in Fort Worth, Texas, AZZ Inc. in Fort
Worth, and is a trustee for Cook Children’s Health Care System in Fort Worth
and Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Albert "Al" Goldstein |
Albert Goldstein is the founder and former President of CashNetUSA.com, an Internet-based lending company purchased by Cash America in September 2006. Al served as President of CNU for two years before deciding to retire from active management of the Company in October 2008. Before founding CNU, Al was part of Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance practice in New York where he worked on various secured and unsecured leveraged debt transactions.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received a bachelor’s in finance and minor in mathematics. He is an active member of the Dean’s Business Council at the University of Illinois, as well as a member of Hillel of the University of Illinois board, the Entrepreneurs Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Additionally, Al also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).

James H. Graves

Since January 2002, James H. Graves has been a Partner of Erwin, Graves &
Associates, L.P., a management consulting firm located in Dallas. Mr. Graves
also currently serves as Managing Director of Detwiler, Mitchell &
Company—a Boston-based channel research boutique specializing in semi-conductor
related research. Previously, Mr. Graves served as Vice Chairman and Chief
Operating Officer for the firm.
Mr. Graves began his career at Citibank and later worked for Dean Witter
Reynolds as an Investment banker. In 1991, he joined JC Bradford and was Chief
Operating Officer and head of Equity Capital Markets when the firm was sold to
UBS/Paine Webber in 2000.
Mr. Graves currently serves as a director of BankCap Partners, LP, a Dallas
private equity firm, which he co-founded, and has been a member of the board of
directors for Cash America International, Inc. since 1996.

B.D. Hunter

In 1969, Buddy "B.D." Hunter founded Amedco Inc., a company that manufactured
burial supplies for funeral homes, made wheelchairs and other medical devices,
and eventually expanded into the steel business to make burial caskets. After
becoming the second largest manufacturer of burial caskets in the world, Amedco
merged with Service Corporation International, the largest owner of funeral
homes and cemeteries in the world, in 1986. As part of the merger, Mr. Hunter,
through Huntco Inc., purchased the steel processing and health care equipment
operations of Amedco.
Mr. Hunter has been a board member of Cash America International, Inc. since
1984. He has been a director for Service Corporation International for over 20
years, and currently serves as a consultant. Previously, Mr. Hunter served on
the board of Mark Twain Bancshares Inc. for approximately 15 years, and was a
Member of the Compensation, Benefits and Stock Option Committees.

Timothy J. McKibben

Timothy J. McKibben is currently the Founding Managing Director of Ancor Capital
Partners, a company that acquires companies with a history of profitable
operations, which focus on healthcare and food staples.
Throughout his 30 years of experience, Mr. McKibben co-founded Anago, Inc., a
manufacturer of disposable medical supplies, where he served as its Vice
President of Sales and later assumed the role of Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer, where he served for five years until the company was sold in 1993.
In 1994, Mr. McKibben co-founded Ancor Holdings, L.P. and currently serves as
Chairman of the Board. Along with Cash America, Mr. McKibben is a director on
several boards, including Avail Medical Products, Inc., Calloway’s Nursery,
Inc., Williamson Dickie Manufacturing Co., Care Quest Home Health, Inc. and
Fleischer's Bagels, Inc. Mr. McKibben is active in the community and is a
member of the World President’s Organization, a division of the Young
President’s Organization.

Alfred M. Micallef

Alfred M. Micallef is the Chairman and owner of JMK International, Inc., a
diversified holdings company based in Fort Worth, Texas, which is involved in
many diversified business and investments including CF Ranch, Jamak
Fabrication, Sierra la Rana, Flight Services Company and Reata Restaurants.
Prior to, Mr. Micallef began his career as manufacturing manager at Detroit
Silicone Rubber Company, which merged in 1971 forming Jamak Inc., a
manufacturing company with locations in the United States, Europe and Asia that
specializes in silicone rubber solutions and other elastomer-based products.
Mr. Micallef became Vice President and General Manager of Jamak, Inc., in 1971,
and President in 1974. Through exponential growth and expansion, Mr. Micallef
evolved into the sole owner of JMK International, Inc., the parent company, in
Fort Worth, Texas.
Mr. Micallef has served on the board of directors for Cash America International
since 1996. Along with Cash America, Mr. Micallef currently serves as director
on eight boards, including Southwestern Exposition and Livestock show in Fort
Worth, and CF Ranch, Inc., as well as JMK International, Inc., where he serves
as Chairman of the Board. An active member of the community, Mr. Micallef is
involved in many charitable organizations, including the American Cancer
Society in Weatherford, Texas, the Fort Worth Zoo and Cook-Fort Worth
Children’s Medical Center.
